Return & Warranty Policy

WARRANTY 

ITCD offers complete warranty to the products which are defective and returned within ONE YEAR for TONER CARTRIDGES and 6 MONTHS for INK CARTRIDGES from the original shipping date. 

For all returns should be shipped to or bring by yourself to our office at following address, when we receive the return products, we will start the formal process of RMA.

RMA Process for Bringing in

1, Print out the ITCD RMA FORM, and fill out the information requested,such as the Email, Contact Name, QTY, Item SKU,Reason, and etc.

2, Get your Return Authorization number by Email or calling us. No return shall be accepted without a valid RMA number.

3, We will inspect the returned items, which usually takes 3-5 business days.

4, After inspection, we will offer the credit to customer's account with a RMA report, if applicable.


RMA Process for Shipping Return

1, Print out the ITCD RMA FORM, and fill out the information requested,such as the Email, Contact Name, QTY, Item SKU,Reason, and etc.

2, Apply your Return Authorization number and return shipping label by Email with the photos of the defective item, packing boxes, print out pages, packing slip as what attached, their printer and other photo if needed. 

3, We will issue a return shipping label to the "shipping address" showing on the packing slip.

4, We will inspect the returned items, which usually takes 3-5 business days.

5, After inspection, we will offer the credit to customer's account with a RMA report, if applicable.


RMA Process for Shipping Damage Return

If you receive a product that is damaged during the shipping, put a note of shipping damage when sign the delivery paper.

Do not throw away or alter either the product or the package. Both the cartridge(s) and the package must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you. Claims for shipping damage will not be considered in the situation where the package or contents are discovered to have already been changed or discarded.

If credible grounds for a shipping damage claim are discovered, depending on the original shipping source, we will process the damage claim in one of the two ways: 

  • Contact the shipping company and file a claim to have the shipping company schedule a pickup and inspection of the package from the shipping address. The claim will not be considerred if the receiver doesn't cooperate with the shipping company.If it comes out that the product was damaged during the shipping, we will issue a Return Authorization number and offer the credit to customer's account.

  • Follow the RMA process for shipping return.




  • *Returned products must meet our requirements before we issue a credit or ship a replacement.

    *If you are urgently in need of the products, you can place a new order as normal while submitting a RMA request. 


    *The calculation of credit is based on the LOWEST purchase price if there is any price difference in between of the warranty period.

    *If customer returns the product which is not defective, we will charge 20% products value as restock fee for each case based on our Non-Warranty Return policy.

ITCD reserves its rights of final interpretation to the RMA policy and it can be modified at any time without notice. And you thereby agree to abide by the most recent version of RMA policy.
