We will choose the warehouse accordingly to save the shipping time and shipping cost.
You can also have your preferred shipping company pick up the items and deliver your order informing us at the time of your order; otherwise, the order will be shipped by the most cost effective means.
Orders received before 4 pm, from Monday to Friday, will be sent out in the same day. Those received after 4:00 pm EST or over the weekend, will be shipped on the following business day. Items in a single order are not permitted to be shipped individually until all the requested items have been gathered, unless requested by the customer in advance. However, You can request that multiple orders be placed in the same shipment, as long as no orders have been shipped at the time of your request.
We take the responsibility of packages until they are handed into the shipping company. Then, the responsibility will automatically rest solely on the carrier company. We however need to remind you that you should at least wait for 15 business days for the delivery of your packages before considering it might be misplaced and inquire us or the concerning carrier. In the event that you do not receive your package after this period, please contact us by Email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us. You will get help ASAP.
For customer's convenience, we don't use signature confirmation option unless requested in advance.
The shipping fee will be charged according to the actual cost.
Cancellation of shipments & delivery failure: for any reasons if customers decide to cancel or refuse shipments that are in the process of shipping, or the carrier fails to deliver due to lack of receiver, no one picks up at courier’s facility, address does not exist and similar situations, ALL return shipments re-direct to us, customers will be charged the return shipping cost as well as the address correction fee if applicable. Meanwhile, the purchase value will be refund totally.
We reserve the rights to discontinue our shipping offer at any time. In the event that this occurs, every confirmed order that was placed prior to our discontinuation will still be honoured at the same shipping cost as was quoted when the order was placed, regardless of when the product is eventually shipped.
When an order is lost by SHIPPING COMPANY, we will report this claim to SHIPPING COMPANY and follow up this claim until we get the feedback. Please be patient. The process normally takes 10-15 business days for the required investigation. Since we are unable to ship your replaced item or process your refund/credits until the result of investigation comes out, please place a new order if you are in urgent need of the products. Your new order will be processed immediately.
When an order is found to have been delivered to a wrong address or totally lost, a replacement or refund/credits will be processed immediately. However, if a customer does not receive a package while the carrier's tracking information shows that it has been delivered and signed at the correct address, neither the concerning customer nor us will have reasonable grounds for a claim. In this case, the order will not be replaced nor refund.

*If customers require a specific shipping company, kindly notify when placing the orders. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped by Canada Post (Expedited Ground Service). For this specific service, your orders will usually arrive approximately 1 to 3 business days depending on the destination (unfortunately, there is no specific time guaranteed). Please note that once Canada Post picks up the shipments, it will be solely their responsibility for shipment delivery.

a shipping company (such as Canada Post) to YOUR customer
